You know have four sections you will need to maintain these sections till you start the lace part of the pattern.
Round 1: Knit all four sections
Round 2: Purl to last 5 stitches in the first section then P1 *YO, P1, YO, P1, YO, P1, YO, P1, YO, P1,SM, YO, P1, YO, P1, YO, P1, YO, P1, YO, P1* Purl to last 5 sts of section 3 . Repeat from * to * once. Purl rest of round
Round 3: Knit all four sections
